Created by Maison Charlemagne, they use with perfection the traditional vinification method of sparkling wines and the distillation and the blend of Cognac.
This unique and elegant vintage is the result of the blend between Fine Sparkling Wines and smooth "eaux de vie" of Cognac from Charlemagne cellars.
With Subtal blend of sparkling Chardonnay and Cognac, this unique wine combine the bubbles' sweatness and the cognac strenght which reveal the cognac rancio thanks to the effervescence.
This product is around 13% vol, with a very dark yellow colour. You can also smell bread and grilled almond.
